I started to do the wings but had some trouble. the wing on the other side needs to be brought up. I'll probably do that tonight. I will then do 2 more times around with the pm and then figure out the color. I did find some scrapbook paper on line (FREE) so I'm thinking of using that. But, I want to use a thin paper to print it out with. I will probably spray it with some stuff (can't remember the name) when I'm finished. I did that with a frog and egyptian mask we made and they are still really nice...I'll have to get them out and put a photo on here. Actually, you can find the egyptian mask on dltk-kids.com ... I gave the instructions on how to do it. That was the kids favorite craft.
Just a little note: I never do anything for myself. I used to do cross-stitching and now do not have the time. But, I told my husband last night that I'm glad I'm doing this. It gives me a little time (each day) to myself. Hope that didn't sound selfish but I'm always doing something for everyone else...I think I need some time alone. (even if it is just 15 mins.) Well, kind of alone...there is always someone questioning me or touching the project or just plain talking!
