PSALM 46:1 ****GOD IS our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ****
Last night I read Psalm 46 for devotions. It really stirred my heart. It brought to mind all the women I've been reading about (on their blogs), they are carrying a child with Trisomy 18 or some other disorder. Also, some other children with cancer, other diseases... The devotion asked what kind of situation could be compared to earthquakes, floods, and wars....I thought about what they are going through. But God is our refuge and strength and through him we can find peace and stability. We have to remember that when we are in turmoil to turn to God's word and keep reading it and praying. This will give us calmness. The song that is also mentioned in the devotion is, 'A Mighty Fortress is Our God.' Yes, he is...he will never fall. ....His kingdom is forever. "....Let goods and kindred go, this mortal life also-the body they may kill; God's truth abideth still: His Kingdom is forever." (Martin Luther)

Well, today was an off day. Which in turn put my little K "out of order". She needs to be on the same schedule everyday or else we are in turmoil. Yes, that happened. She got so angry that she ended up taking a nap which rarely ever happens. Now she's wide awake way after bedtime. Tomorrow with be an off day also. So,I'm going to have to pray for her so she will be relaxed.
Kids:
Today my little Ana decided to stick a chocolate chip up her nose. It wasn't to hard to get out...it started to melt. :0}
Thomas and I were fooling around with the camera and I said, "Yuck, I'm getting a double chin." Thomas said, " That's ok Mommy, I'll hold it up for you." Ok, I had to laugh and still am.
This morning I told him that Tricia, from CFHusband blog was going to be put on the lung transplant list. He got so excited and yelled, "Praise the Lord!" I told him that she didn't have the lungs yet that they were waiting and he said, "It doesn't matter, Praise the Lord!".
He is so good, he always tells me that if he could, he would hold me all day long.

**Enjoy this night....Ephesians 2:8-9....For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, Lest any man should boast.

P.S. My dragon is coming along just fine............:)
