Notebooking Pages (Update)

UPDATE: I got the problem fixed and I started to upload some notebooking pages at www.hslaunch.com ... the link is at the top right side bar.

I have been trying to make new notebooking pages for 'Milestones in Science' experiment kit by Thames & Kosmos. I am having trouble with the pdf files. The corners have 2 lines like this: l_ and I can't seem to remember how to get rid of them. I am using Serif Applications PagePlus 9. I had this happen before and I cannot figure out how to erase them. When these are gone. I will load them onto hslaunch.com under my page.
