Katie has been eating eggs and is doing very well. Oh, this is good. She has had no itching or any other reaction so far. She loves to eat these for breakfast (not everyday). I still use egg replacer in other things because I find it is much cheaper. I bake alot so that is ideal for me.

I don't know your history with the eggs, this is the first time I have visited your blog. But I wanted to mention that my daughter age 3 had a reaction to eggs until I started using organic. It made all the difference. Good luck, Laura
