BREAD

I like to make the dough in the machines and then bake them in the regular bread loaf pans. They come out much softer than baking in the bread machine. Also it's nicer for making sandwiches.

The Oatmeal Raisin had the raisins put in right at the beginning. That is why you really can't see them.

This Black Forest Pumpernickel looks dry around the edges but it actually is not.
Same with the Norwegian Rye Bread. These 2 breads would be really good with egg salad, tuna salad, or even a tofu type of "egg" salad.
All these breads are very soft.

Ed came home and said he really liked the Rye.

I liked them all. Yes, I taste tested all of them. :)

Becca tested a few and really liked them.

Now, Jon and Ben will be coming home and the bread's going to disappear.
