How is everyone? I haven't been blogging, so I decide to come on here and start changing the kids school year lists on the left side.
It is amazing that in the beginning of the year, Katie could not sit to do anything. She now is starting multiplication and reading very well. She can write sentences and she also likes Latin! Just awesome!!
Ana lost interest in "school" but she is only 4. She has a while to go. I am going to do things with her but she will be a very young 5 in September. So, I will not push her or expect much. She will probably surprise me.
Tom is going into middle school. Where did my little boy go? I can't and don't want to believe it. :)
Becca hopefully will go into 11th. We have had the toughest year ever (extremely stressful) but she (and I) are strong. She is actually going to school to be an EMT. She loves it. She has had CPR, she's learning how to rescue people from vehicles, and she is starting to go to the dispatchers to learn how to take calls. She has always wanted to be a doctor so I guess she is on her way. Her stethescope, blood pressure taker (can't remember the name... hahaha!), and other things have been ordered and are on their way here.
Ben is graduating!! He is finishing up his work and he will have a visit with the evaluator in a few weeks. I can't wait for this to be done and either can he. :)
Ben had an accident (it was just my van no other cars), with my van and it is totaled. He's ok! We are waiting to see what we can get for it.
I have to say that it was truly an accident nothing stupid or anything like that.
I'm starting to send the kids out to play alot so I can start getting next year's school stuff together.
We are getting another guinea pig tomorrow. He is 2 years old and his name is "Derek". We now have a Spencer and soon Derek just like the Criminal Minds show. Becca loves that show. It's good but some of them I can't watch because I think they are gross.
Ed and I worked on the yard this weekend. He cut alot of branches from the front tree. Now people can walk past without having to duck down. ;) It looks so nice. You can see our house better and the front flowers are getting more sun. It will make our house hotter in the summer.
Our wonderful neighbor gave us some flowers she got extremely cheap and we bought some this weekend for 25 cents!
Have to go. I want to check a few things on the net.
Have a great night!
